Upcoming Anime This Spring 2014

Here’s the list of upcoming anime for the spring of 2014, yet again another compilation by Neregate!

Wow, really lots of anime we can expect starting this March to May- over 50 shows! And I can see that most are less fan service-focused unlike past seasons and more concentrated on actual substantial content! I am having a big positive feeling that this season will be a good one.

Honestly this has been the season where I’ve chosen the most anime to watch, and it’s getting me hyped up!

Here are what I’ll be following and their short descriptions:

KutsuDaru - about 44 youkais (monsters) that loosen humans’ socks.

Ryuugajou Nanana no Maizoukin - disowned boy leaves house and lives in a cheapo apartment haunted by a NEET girl ghost with a treasure.

Mekaku City Actors – 2-year ‘HikiNEET’ dude meets online cyber girl that eventually causes him to go outside.

Gokukoku no Brynhildr – guy still can’t forget childhood friend whom he let die way back and girl who looks like her joins his astronomy club and discovers she’s a runaway lab experiment.

Bokura Minna wa Kawaisou – life of a guy in an apartment complex filled with perverts and his long-time crush.

Black Bullet – mankind is defeated by a virus and is forced to isolation, yet ‘cursed children’ born from the virus that have powers that can be used against the enemy are discovered.

Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei – magical university incest- ’nuff said.

Akuma no Riddle – a private girls’ boarding school filled with assassins with only one target but protagonist falls in love with him.

Broken Blade – recompilation of all six Break Blade films!

Escha & Logy no Atelier – the world is nearing at its end and a couple strives to save it with alchemy.

Kanojo ga Flag o Oraretara – high school guy with the ability to visualize death, friendship and romance flags.

Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii – princess of rain is forced to marry the king of sun kingdom. The story follows how their marriage that started only in name blossoms to true love.

Hitsugi no Chaika – 20-year old retired soldier meets and follows 14-year old girl in order to find meaning in life again.

Gochuumon wa Usagi desu ka – kawaii girls in kawaii bunny cafe!

No Game, No Life – brother-sister gaming celebrities are summoned to an alternate world by ‘God’ where everything is decided by games.

Ishuukan Friends - girl approaches antisocial guy in class and finds out he loses his memory of his friends every Monday. Still she befriends him.

Also, the Seitokai Yakuindomo OVA and Sora no Otoshimono Final Eien no Watashi no Torikago movie!
