I never expected the possibility of having a sequel to Final Fantasy XIII as Final Fantasy Versus XIII has been keeping our attention all this time!
So yes, Square announced that Lightning will still be our leading lady. Square Enix Europe also said that the game “exceeds Final Fantasy XIII in every aspect”, including the battle system. I wonder how the game will be? After seeing the trailer for FFVXIII, I guess that much is expected.
Oh yeah, I haven’t finished FFXIII yet. I wasn’t able to play again after I made it to Pulse – but it won’t be for long!
Anyway, here’s the 81-seconder teaser of another future awesome game!
Upon seeing this trailer, my jaw just dropped! What’s with that super sexy armor of Lightning? Who the hell is that mysterious armored guy she’s crossing swords with? And what happened in the ending, anyway? LOL.

The adventures with Type-Moon continues – and this time, we do it 2D-fighting style!
Melty Blood is a visual novel and fighting game based on Tsukihime, having retained its original characters with the addition of new ones as well as a few-select from Kagetsu Tohya and Kara No Kyoukai.
Plot: One year after the events of Tsukihime (Arcueid’s Good Ending to be exact), Tohno Shiki hears of rumors going around Misaki Town about a new series of murders akin to what happened before. While standing guard and searching for the culprit, he encounters Sion Eltnam Atlasia, a gun-toting magus. She then assaults Shiki with the objective of getting in contact with the True Ancestor – Arcuied Brunestud so that she may acquire data on her cure for vampirism. After the clash, Shiki decides to help Sion in her cause.
This just in:Square Enix released another trailer for Final Fantasy Versus XIII featuring its in-game mechanics. As if the currently featured movie cut scenes weren’t enough to blow us all away – the gameplay was just outright sick! They weren’t kidding when they said they’d make the battle system totally reminiscent of Advent Children. As expected, they definitely didn’t go all out on FFXIII.

Workplace Organization and the 5s
by chad
Being organized in the workplace affects performance. According to the lateralization of brain function, left-brained individuals show to be more efficient when they are on a systematic high. Right-brained individuals, on the other hand, work best when given the freedom to express creativity without the obligation of categorizing everything. So, is it really that important to be organized and all?
Oh yeah, this goes for your desktop as well.
Greg Wells and Monica Ricci pointed out six reasons why you should be organized:

Full Metal Panic! Review
by chad
Ever since high school, I just randomly had the OP and ED themes of Full Metal Panic! in my mp3 player, though I really never got to watch the series. Until just a few months ago (after reading a blogger’s top-5 funniest anime), I opted watching its second season – Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu. Next thing I know I was curious about the other two seasons and got hooked up on them as well!
Plot: With the constant advancement of global terrorism, a secret multinational organization dubbed ‘Mithril‘ was formed – a group composed of highly trained and specialized mercenaries equipped with the latest and most advanced technology up to date. The show features the Mithril constituents of TDD-1: Tuatha De Danaan, a mobile submarine base commanded by Teletha Testarossa. In a parallel universe of our 1998 – where the cold war is yet to end, is where the story begins.
The origin of such sophisticated equipment used by Mithril came from people called “Whispered“, human data-banks of the mysterious “Black Technology.” To keep a certain Whispered named Kaname Chidori from enemy hands, Mithril assigns Sousuke Sagara, a 17-year old sergeant of TDD-1, to enroll in Chidori’s high school and protect her by all means. Unfortunately, with Sousuke having experienced nothing but guerilla combat since childhood, troubles to fitting in a normal non-war society are bound to arise.

Neil Zaza – I’m Alright Guitar Solo
by chad
Ahh…I miss these guitar-rocking times. Three years ago, I was like this. Currently, not so much. And no, I don’t wear the sando+boxers combination anymore. XD

Imagine a bank that credits your account each morning with P86,400, carries over no balance from day to day, allows you to keep no cash balance, and every evening cancels whatever part of the amount you had failed to use during the day.
What would you do?
Draw out every cent, of course!
Well, everyone has such a bank. It’s name is time.
Every morning, it credits you with 86,400 seconds.

I was taken by Kara No Kyoukai so much, I had to know about the guys who made it. That’s when I came across Type-Moon’s other works, including Shingetsutan Tsukihime.
I’m no fan of vampires and bloodsuckers – I even considered dropping the show after knowing there were such characters! But no sir, I gave it a shot and I’m glad I did as this heavily heartrending piece is well justified. Don’t expect cheesy lines nor ridiculous abs here!
Originally a Japanese eroge dōjin visual novel game, the immense reception it acquired paved this first-born of Type-Moon its very own anime adaptation – not to mention the financial resources for their future projects such as Melty Blood, Canaan, Kara No Kyoukai and Fate/Stay Night.
Still on those web-based emails, be it for business or not? Then you’ve got to step it up a notch! Having a decent email client like Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird would make things a bit more interesting.
So, Outlook or Thunderbird? Actually, both are almost the same. MS Outlook is part of MS Office so unless you’re Mr. Pirate Boy, it comes with a price tag. Thunderbird can be downloaded for free at the Mozilla site. For now, we’ll be discussing the former since I personally use Outlook and oh yeah, blog title check. The set-up procedures are almost the same for both so you can try Thunderbird.
